Thanks Stacey for encouraging me to take this class. I have learned so much. I appreciate your kindness in allowing me to finish. It has been easier without Challyn here to get this done. I am using delicious faithfully, I want to use podcasts with students, I want to social network with my fellow media specialists. I am going to make time to puruse the internet to make myself a more knowledgable person to help myself and my fellow teachers become successful teachers with technology.

Ningineducation main page had too many ads for Oxycontin, the forum was unsatisfing, but I did find the blogs in education, but I liked classroom2.o better.

I tried to share a document with all the media specialists but some did not get the invite email because they do not have a gmail account.

I can see how to use shared documents if you gave access to students but they would each need a gmail account wouldnt they> Even in a wiki they would need user names and passwords. It would really be great if you had a pilot program classroom that only uses technology to do one subject or even all  cool Teachers could definitely colaborate with shared documents.

I saved as a file. but Zamzar could not read it… I also had serious problems with “others” as I kept hearing their podcasts over and over while trying to read this page. Stacey I will need you help on this one.

I can see how podcasting would be beneficial to review learned material. It would be a great public relations for the infrastructure of the school as well as the parents.  I liked Willoweb the best. I did not want to download itunes. If I had an ipod I think it would be great to hear the podcasts as well as audiobooks and music.

I could see how a media specialist could look up a title to see the reviews, awards, of a particular book. Although the titles are dated, I would like to see more recent reviews of newly published books. I tried looking up “There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Bell ‘ with no entry. I did find Frankie Stein
